Patients at Hawkesbury Hospital needing emergency and elective surgery are being treated much sooner than at the same time last year, the Bureau of Health Information’s Hospital Quarterly report says.
Hawkesbury Hospital recorded a significant improvement with 96 per cent of patients treated within clinically recommended time frames — a 30-percentage point improvement on the same quarter last year.
