The Friends of Bella Vista Farm and the Confederation of Motor Clubs are holding a family heritage day at Bella Vista Farm Park on Sunday, May 18.
Enjoy period craftsmen, including a blacksmith, leather worker and cooper (a maker/repairer of casks and barrels), at the birthplace of Australia's wool industry in Bella Vista.
There will also be a free Spirit Market selling crafts.
Children can enjoy pony rides, a farmyard nursery and an alpaca display.
See dozens of restored vintage and classic cars and commercial vehicles.
The restored Bella Vista homestead, in the beautifully-maintained farm complex dating back to the 1700’s, will be open for guided tours and Devonshire teas. Bring a picnic lunch or visit one of the food stalls.
■ May 18 from 9am at Bella Vista Farm Park, Elizabeth Macarthur Drive, Bella Vista. Cost: $5 (adults), $3 (concessions), $15 (family). All proceeds go to the restoration of Bella Vista Farm.
