School bullies

A free workshop on bullying will be held on Wednesday (March 26) at St Clair Public School from 9.15am to 12.15pm.

Presenter Lisa Moore, a child psychologist since 2001, provides counselling in schools across Sydney.

Indigenous health

Western Sydney Local Health District has a free family day on Thursday (March 20), from 10am to 2pm at Doonside Community Health Centre, Birdwood Avenue, Doonside, to help reduce the indigenous life expectancy gap.

Visitors will have access to the Mootang Tarimi mobile van, early parenting support and the BreastScreen van.

There will be a "low-fat" sausage sizzle, jumping castle and visits from Mr Germ and Pickles the Possum.

Harmony Day

Fusion Western Sydney will celebrate Harmony Day for youth this Saturday from noon to 4pm.

The Beat of a Different Drum includes a drumming workshop, poetry workshop, with X-Factor boy band Fortunate. Penrith Council is an event partner, with TRI Community Exchange, Mission Australia, TAFE Western Sydney, Nepean Migrant Access, Fusion Western Sydney and St Anthony's Family Care.

Fusion Western Sydney is at 12 Carsons Lane, St Marys.
