SOME residents like the sound of American retail giant Costco opening close-by, others aren’t so convinced.
Marsden Park has been tipped to house the next discount supermarket and if it goes ahead the international chain would make up part of the new developed industrial precinct, alongside Bunning’s and IKEA on Richmond Road.
