THE flu season is catching up to us and that means it’s time to get jabbed.
Hawkesbury District Health Service (HDHS) wants you to put your arm out and take the shot to stop the spread of influenza.
Infection control co-ordinator Wendy Hamilton said not only will an annual influenza vaccine help to reduce the chances of getting sick with the flu, but it will lessen the chances of someone else catching it too.
